Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Young Bull Investors Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using our Services, including our website, the YBI web app, mentoring on Zoom, educational content, newsletters, alerts, Telegram messaging, courses, and subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
Subscription Plans and Payment
Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription tiers with different levels of access to educational content, trade idea analysis, newsletters, courses, and other materials. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are described on our website and are subject to change. Currently there are options for subscription access through the YBI web app, 1-on-1 mentorship, and the YBI Bootcamp.
Billing and Payment
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You agree to:
- Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
- Update your payment information when necessary
- Pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of billing
- Pay all applicable taxes
- Pay all applicable fees for any NSF charges
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Refund Policy
We offer a refund of the subscription if requested within 3 days of the subscription. Except as required by applicable law or otherwise herein, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of the charge.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to your subscription.

Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

- Not be prohibited from receiving or using the Services under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not share your login credentials. You confirm that the terms of our Privacy Policy are reasonable and necessary in order for us to provide you with the Services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute our content, trade ideas, or educational materials without our written consent
- Use our Services to provide investment advice to third parties on a commercial basis
- Reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of our Services for commercial purposes
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access paid content without authorization
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform
- Upload or transmit harmful, infringing, or unlawful content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our Services
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Intellectual Property
All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, trade analysis, newsletters, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Young Bull Investors Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your active subscription. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Young Bull Investors Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, investment losses, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Young Bull Investors Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any investment decisions made based on content found on our platform.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Act of Alberta, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, via email. Your continued use of our Services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access our content ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and arbitration) shall survive.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
