This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and other paid services on app.youngbullinvestors.com. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

3-day full refund

You may request a full refund of a subscription charge within 3 days of that charge. This applies to your initial subscription charge and to each recurring renewal charge. If you request a refund within the 3-day window, we will refund that charge in full to your original payment method.

After the 3-day window for a given charge has passed, that charge is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

No partial refunds

We do not provide partial or prorated refunds. A refund under this policy is always for the full amount of a single eligible charge. If you cancel partway through a billing period outside the 3-day window, you will not receive a partial refund for the unused portion, though you will keep access until the end of that paid period.

Cancel at any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings in the web app. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Canceling on its own does not trigger a refund of a charge that is outside the 3-day window. To request a refund for a recent charge, follow the steps below in addition to canceling.

How to request a refund

Email info@youngbullinvestors.com from, or referencing, the email address on your account, within 3 days of the charge, and include the charge date and amount. We process eligible refunds through Stripe to your original payment method. Once issued, refunds may take several business days to appear depending on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.

Mentorship and other separate purchases

Optional one-on-one mentorship sessions and any other services purchased separately from the base community subscription may have their own refund, rescheduling, and cancellation rules, shown at the time of booking. Where separate rules are shown at checkout, those rules apply to that purchase instead of this policy.

Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve it directly. Chargebacks, payment disputes, repeated refund requests, or other abuse of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, and may make you ineligible for future refunds. Referral rewards tied to a refunded charge may be reversed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
