This Terms and Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the individual subscriber ("Subscriber") and Young Bull Investors Inc ("YBI"). By clicking "Start Trial" you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided by YBI, including but not limited to videos, guides, written materials, discussions, and other resources, is for educational and informational purposes only.The content is based on Maryyam Ghaffar's personal trading strategies and experiences and is not intended to substitute professional advice.

2. Subscription Fee

The Young Bull Investors Group operates on Discord and has a monthly subscription fee of $125 USD. This fee provides full access to all channels within the YBI Discord server.

3. This is NOT Financial Advice

YBI does not provide personalized financial, investment, or trading advice.

The content shared on this website, any associated servers, or through any other channels operated by YBI is intended solely to teach personal trading strategies and share opinions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YBI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website, materials, or services.

6. No Unauthorized Marketing or Private Promotion

Members may not market services or send promotional direct messages unrelated to YBI. Violations will result in immediate removal from the Discord server and cancellation of your subscription without notice, and no refunds or pro-rated refunds will be issued.

7. Failed Payment or Insufficient Funds

In the event of a failed payment or insufficient funds, your subscription will be canceled, and access to the server will be revoked immediately. To gain full access again, please contact your bank and use the '#subscribe' channel in the server to re-subscribe and verify your email.

8. Cancel Subscription

Subscribers can terminate their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be processed through the '#cancel-subscription' channel under ADMIN in the Discord server. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed through the payment processor/bank.

9. Refunds

YBI does not process refunds. Subscribers can cancel anytime without penalty. If cancellation occurs after being billed, full access to the Discord server will be maintained until the end of the subscription period. There is a grace period of 24 hours to get a full refund once you first sign up.

10. Email Verfication

For privacy and security reasons, members must verify their email used to subscribe once they are in the Discord server. For those who used Apple Pay, the email corresponds to their Apple Pay email.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "verify-email" and accessing the full discord you acknowledge gaining access to ALL channels in this Discord and affirm your commitment to abide by these terms and conditions.

12. Use of Content

All materials on this website are the intellectual property of YBI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the content without prior written consent.

13. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party sites. YBI is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any linked websites.

14. Zero Disrespect policy

All members must engage respectfully and professionally. Disrespectful behaviour, including personal attacks or harassment, will lead to a review, and possible actions include temporary timeouts or permanent removal from the YBI server. Members can submit a formal appeal for review to info@youngbullinvestors.com.

15. Modifications

YBI reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
